So the MCSD won't release employees from contracts, but expects other districts to do so when it recruits "external" candidates for the fine arts school. So hypocritical! I guess the "internal" candidates aren't good enough.

Scarborough and Brzezinski got it right: Trump is not well. Elected Republicans in D.C. know this and tolerate it. His bizarre behavior puts us all at risk. Shame on Republicans for fearing him.
