If we want to keep it strictly legit
Let's drop gerrymandering altogether and let only let true Americans vote in any political elections. Those would be Native Americans and their descendants. So ... what tribe are you with?

What voter suppression?
Alabama poor can get photo IDs provided they can get to driver’s license location 30 miles away, provide “acceptable” identification and pay a token fee. If they can’t do all three — no vote!
