Self-destruction

We constantly battle with our animal and intellectual sides, making us seriously dysfunctional. However, when our self-absorption causes us to tear down the natural environment, we destroy our most important heritage.

Personal courage

My great grandfather was killed in the Civil War. My grandfather was killed in WWII. To despise memorials to brave men is a selfish, short-sighted opinion.

Once was enough

My family fought against Nazis in WWII and we certainly don’t want to see Nazis crawling into the White House.

Define ‘fair’

I cringe whenever I hear politicians shout out their support of "Fair Taxes." What's really "fair" about taxes? I want to hear politicians talk about reasonable taxes.

Other than that ...

Trump is morally bankrupt, congenitally dishonest, brazenly corrupt, and when it comes to the duties of his office, in way over his head.

How’d that go?

I understand the unions are trying to infiltrate the fast food industry. Maybe they'll accomplish the same things there that they did with textiles.
