Still annoying

The irritating Doug Jones political commercials are now over, but we still have to contend with the irritating Ken Nugent personal injury commercials. No rest for the weary.

A little karma would be gratifying

The suicide bomber in NYC "wore" a homemade bomb. Fortunately, no one was killed ... let's pray the terrorist who survived, like that airplane terrorist a few years ago, also was wearing an underwear bomb.

Look in the mirror

A lot of people who disagree with "you evangelicals" once attended church regularly. It was your politics that made us leave, and will be the church's demise.

... But not the outcome

Re Alabama politics, Dusty Nix hit a home run, as he often does. As a native Alabamian, I say he was spot on in his analysis.

Not the kind we’d like

It appears that President Trump's version of peace is breaking out in the Middle East.
