Liberals are worried
Attempts to trivialize tea parties only reinforce that the liberals are worried.
Bigger isn’t always better
Be patient in slow, congested traffic because big roads mean someone had to give up valuable property. Convenience is at the expense of someone else’s loss. Big, wide and fast is not always safe and best.
Tenure is needed
Tenure (certainly not pay) is one reason people go into teaching; why would anyone want to take that away? The end result would be that you would simply run the ones away who are already there.
Tell the tea partiers
Regarding Friday’s pick of the day, “The time has come in America where we need common sense, common decency, and common courtesy.” Tell that to the tea partiers!

To the people who think America is a racist nation: If it’s that bad, take the first road out of America and go to another nation.

If senior citizens below the poverty level can carry health insurance, not just Medicare but a supplement, I believe the middle class can also.
