Business owners can't choose between being "public" or incorporating as "private" in order to serve whom they please. There are no "public" and "private" grocery stores, transmission shops, dentists, hardware stores, roofers, etc.

The Trump calls his adversaries “thugs.” To me The Trump is just a thug with money.
