Sound Off

Sound Off for Friday, March 25, 2016

Tailgate party

Two trucks wrecked in Florida, spilling potato chips and beer on the roadway. Cleanup was no problem; it was handled by spring breakers and football fans.

Double standard

Obama was critical of Cruz for recommending increased surveillance for potential terrorists, comparing it to Cuba's secret police, while attending a ball game with Castro. What a hypocrite.

It won’t stop

People who think that Trump is using violent rhetoric only to generate votes had better think again. Elected bullies don’t moderate; they just become meaner and more powerful, a la Mussolini.

Endorsement

With all the left-wing media and fanatic left railing against Trump, he can’t be all bad.

Stealth defense

Concealed carry in schools? Don’t brag, don’t tell and don’t show.

How comforting

On the Florida's governor's desk is a bill to shut down Planned Parenthood. Women, according to the bill, have access to healthcare … at high schools, middle schools, dentist offices and eye doctors.

To what end?

Seems like the school board is trying to run Lewis off. This is a shame.

Self-defeating

Is the Ledger-Enquirer doing a good job crushing Donald Trump? The answer is no. They are doing a very good job of trashing themselves.
