I agree with Josh McKoon that it is a shame we have such petty, short-sighted people in power in this state. Like him, for example.

Reefer madness

Governor Bentley needs to get Alabama's primitive drug laws of the ’50s updated to this century, instead of spending $800 million on more prisons. You go to jail for a joint in Sweet Home Alabama.

Except that it’s not

Why is it so shocking that a presidential candidate said if someone breaks a law, they should be punished? If abortion is illegal, and someone does it anyway, should they not be punished?
