Sound Off

Sound Off for April 15, 2016

Don’t forget John Edwards

"Family Values" transgressors Hastert, Gingrich, and Trump earn condemnation for bad behavior. They might fit in the party of Barney Frank, Edward Kennedy and Bill Clinton, where goals of exalted morality are sneer-worthy.

Bombast of the moment

Had Colorado's delegates gone in Trumpty Dumpty's favor, he would be gloating about "knowing how to work the system." Had the Boston Post been in his favor, he would be giving it high praise.

That kinda already happened …

Imagine a congressman sponsoring a bill stating that if African-American lifestyles are against someone's beliefs they can refuse to serve African-Americans.

Let’s think for ourselves

It's nice when a political insider educates us about the legislative bubble. However, problems endure for Josh McKoon and his constituents. Anyone who follows a politician for moral guidance is an idiot following a fool.

Fear of the strongest opponent

Clinton can’t win against Trump so let’s trash Trump.

Going out with a whimper

The last Cottonmouths game is not a good way to end the season.

Checked off the bucket list
