For a third time, citizens will tell the mayor and council that we do not approve of their proposal that gives them and their successors power to increase your home property taxes every year forever.

Disappearing slush fund

The only way I would vote for a lottery for Alabama is if the funds were earmarked for education. If it goes into the general fund we will never know where it goes.

Don’t speak for the rank and file

I believe prominent Democrats and Republicans are not the voice of their parties.

The other ‘art of the deal’

When Hillary was secretary of state she granted special favors to contributors to the Clinton Foundation, so why wouldn't special interests contribute to her campaign? If she wins, America has been bought and paid for.
