In a rivalry that featured plenty of back in forth leading up to the game, the Northside Patriots quickly silenced their Muscogee County rivals.

Northside (5-1, 2-1) dominated Columbus 49-0 in a contest that stood at 42-0 after two quarters. The Patriots did not let last week’s loss to Americus-Sumter linger long, as they left the Blue Devils (1-4, 0-2) in the dust before the first quarter had even ended.

The Patriots have a bye week next week, while Columbus takes on Shaw Thursday at Kinnett Stadium.
