Glenwood’s Williams signs to play football at Middle Tennessee State

Glenwood wide receiver Arthur Williams made it official Wednesday morning, signing to play for Middle Tennessee State, a member of the Sun Belt Conference.

Williams, 6-2, 180, was the Gators' quick strike artist on offense and their last line of defense from his safety position.

He caught seven touchdown passes in just 27 receptions for Glenwood, good for 497 yards, and collected 65 tackles and four interceptions from his safety position.

He committed to the Blue Raiders early after showing well during summer camps.

Perry Couch Jr. also signed with Tuskegee, and Marcus Woods signed with Lane.
