Braves Country baseball, softball youth tournaments return for 2026
The Atlanta Braves are once again bringing the Braves Country baseball and softball youth tournaments to parks across the Southeast.
Beginning May 30, youth baseball and softball players will have the chance to compete in several BCBS tournaments across metro Atlanta, including the Austin Riley Classic (Gwinnett) on May 30-31, the Austin Riley Classic (Georgia) on June 6-7, the Chris Sale Georgia State Tournament on June 13-14 and the Ozzie Albies Open Championship on June 20-21.
Winners of the state tournaments in each age group will then advance to the BCBS championships June 27-28 in Cobb County, where they will take on other state champions from across Braves Country. Registration and tournament details can be found at playbcbs.com.
The mission is to create meaningful, high-quality tournament experiences that bring teams, families and fans together, while strengthening pride in representing their hometowns. By elevating both competition and culture, BCBS strives to restore prestige to community-based play and inspire a lasting love for the game, building champions both on and off the field.
In addition to tournaments for their all-star teams, Braves Country Baseball and Softball provides recreational parks with youth clinics, free access to instructional videos, a free coaches clinic at Truist Park in December, discounts on equipment and discounts on Braves tickets.
Braves Country Baseball and Softball tournaments are open to Braves Country recreational park affiliates only. For more information, visit braves.com/bcbs or email chad.parker@braves.com.
