CVCC drops season-opener at East Georgia

SWAINSBORO, Ga. -- Anthony Moore (Central High) scored 15 points to lead Chattahoochee Valley Community College, but the Pirates dropped their season-opener 75-71 at East Georgia on Wednesday night.

Avery Mitchell added 12 for the Pirates, who play in a tournament at Shelton State on Nov. 10-11.

No information on the women's game was available.
