Carr shoots 76, misses cut for match play at Junior Amateur

Columbus golfer Ben Carr rebounded Tuesday with a 4-over-par 76 in the second round of the 2016 U.S. Junior Amateur.

But his two-round total of 13-over 157 was not good enough to advance to match play at the Honors Course, which is just north of Chattanooga.

The cut for match play came at 7-over.

The top 64 advanced to match play, which starts Wednesday.

Carr finished in a tie for 109th.
