Columbus State volleyball drops pair of 3-0 matches

MELBOURNE, Fla. -- The Columbus State volleyball teams fell to 0-5 with a pair of 3-0 losses to Lynn and Florida Tech in the Panther Invitational.

Lynn beat CSU 25-21, 25-22, 25-17.

Caytlin Merritt had 13 digs. Malaisia Stallworth had 11 kills.

Florida Tech beat CSU 25-20, 25-17, 25-8.

Merritt had 13 digs. Cori Ehman had 21 assists.

Each of CSU's losses have been 3-0 scores.

The Lady Cougars face Albany State at 9 a.m. Saturday and Puerto Rico-Mayaguez at 1 p.m. in the Panther Invitational.
