Columbus State volleyball begins Peach Belt play on the road

The Columbus State volleyball team opens Peach Belt Conference play on Friday with a road match at Augusta University.

The Lady Cougars (1-7) will also play a conference match at Georgia College on Saturday.

All eight of CSU's matches this season have been on the road. After this weekend, CSU has three more on the road before the first home match on Oct. 2.

Junior Megan Frame leads the Lady Cougars in both kills (58) and total blocks (14). Caytlin Merritt leads the CSU defensive effort with 90 digs.
