Lady Cougars 10th at Lady Bearcat Invitational

The Columbus State women's golf team started Sunday 10th in the Lady Bearcat Invitational, and that is where it finished.

The Lady Cougars shot a 325 in Sunday's final round and finished with a two-day total of 637.

Saint Leo won the 14-team tournament with a 571, followed by Florida Tech at 587.

Freshman Sarah Grace Drop (Pacelli) had CSU's best round Sunday with a 5-over-par 77. She finished in a tie for 46th at 158.

Teammate Hannah Holland (Northside) also finished in that tie for 46th after an 83.

Shelby Banta shot an 82 and ended up in a tie for 49th at 159. Jordan Booker finished 76th at 169 after an 83.

Bailey Hochgertle's 87 was the team's drop score. She finished in a tie for 68th at 166.
