Columbus State soccer wins eighth straight
MORROW, Ga. -- Four players scored a goal apiece for Columbus State as the Lady Cougars won their eight straight game Saturday, 4-0 over Clayton State.
Cassandra Wade scored her fourth goal of the season at 19:32 for a 1-0 lead.
Nicole Corcione scored for the 11th time at 21:11 for a 2-0 lead.
Taylor Mark put CSU ahead 3-0 with her second goal at 46:41.
Claire Belay capped the scoring with her second goal at 73:08.
CSU keeper Maylyn Parsons made six saves.
CSU (11-2-1, 6-0-1 Peach Belt Conference) hosts North Georgia at 6 p.m. Wednesday.
