Lady Cougars in 7th after 1st round at Lee Ann Noble Memorial
Columbus State is seventh after the first round of the Lee Ann Noble Memorial.
The Lady Cougars shot a 55-over 343 on Monday at Achasta Golf Club.
Lee University is first with a 305, followed by West Georgia (310), West Alabama (312), North Georgia (316), Young Harris (324), Erskine (333) and Brenau (349). Christian Brothers (459) is ninth.
Sarah Grace Drop (Pacelli) led CSU by shooting a 7overpar 79. She is tied for 13th.
CSU's other players were Bailey Hochgertle (tie-30th, 86), Shelby Banta (t-40th, 89), Hannah Holland (Northside, t-40th, 89) and Jordan Booker (t-44th, 90).
Lee's Caroline Moore leads after an even-par 72.
The final round is scheduled for today.
