Corcione, Rolling selected for Division II All-America Team
RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. -- Columbus State's Nicole Corcione and Shelby Rolling have been voted to the 2015 Division II Conference Commissioner's All-America Team.
In addition, freshman Olivia Jarrell was selected for an honorable mention.
Corcione, a junior from Candler, N.C., tied the CSU record for points this season with 43. She scored 15 goals and had 13 assists.
Rolling, a senior from Stayner, Ontario, helped lead CSU's defense to 13 shutouts. She also scored a career-high seven goals.
Jarrell, a freshman from St. Augustine, Fla., led the Lady Cougars with 17 goals. That tied the CSU record for a freshman.
"Nicole, Shelby and Olivia all had tremendous seasons and these honors are well-deserved," coach Jay Entlich said in a release. "All three have put in lots of hours working to get better during their time here and it shows."
