Columbus State women finish fourth in Lady Cougar Classic

The Columbus State women's golf team finished fourth in the 2016 Lady Cougar Classic on Tuesday at the Country Club of Columbus.

CSU shot a 326 Tuesday to finish at 655.

Montevallo won with a 602 with Lee second at 640 and North Georgia third at 645. Point was fifth at 713.

Sarah Grace Drop shot a 79 Tuesday to finish seventh at 160.

Bailey Hochgertle improved by 14 strokes to shoot an 81 Tuesday. She finished tied for 21st at 176.

Shelby Banta and Hannah Holland both shot 83 Tuesday. Banta's two-day total of 163 was good for a tie for 12th. Holland finished in 16th at 168.

Jordan Booker's round 89 did not count toward the team score. She finished in a tie for 18th at 172.
