Oliver McClellan, Miller power CSU to 14-3 win over Tuskegee

Jackson Oliver, Mike McClellan and Christian Miller hit homers Wednesday to power Columbus State to a 14-3 win over Tuskegee at Burger King Stadium.

Edwards and Miller each had three hits to lead CSU. Oliver drove in three runs.

Luke Porter (1-0) gave up just two hits and struck out five in four innngs to pick up the win for CSU. Christopher Emerson (0-3) gave 11 runs on 10 hits and took the loss for Tuskegee.

CSU begins Peach Belt Conference play Friday with a three-game weekend set against North Georgia in Dahlonega, Ga. Friday's game is set for 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday games are at 1 p.m.
