Columbus State women finish 10th at Samford

The Columbus State women’s golf team finished 10th in the Samford Women’s Intercollegiate on Tuesday.

The Lady Cougars shot a 325 — their best round in the three-round event — to finish at 999, 10th in the 10-team event.

Troy won with an 870.

Hannah Holland shot a 77 Tuesday to finish in a tie for 48th at 249. Sarah Grace Drop shot a 79 to finish in a tie for 44th at 244.

Jordan Booker had an 82 to finish 54th at 254. Bailey Hockgertle shot an 87 to finish 55th at 257. Shelby Banta shot an 89 to finish 56th at 267.
