AUBURN, Ala. — Tony Caldwell hit a pair of home runs for the second straight game as Auburn beat Georgia State at Plainsman Park
Hunter Morris added his seventh home run of the season for the Tigers.
Three Auburn pitchers — Dexter Price, Michael Hurst and Austin Hubbard — held Georgia State to a season-low-tying five hits.

Hurst (3-0) earned the win. He entered in the sixth with a man on and one out and a run already in to tie the game at 1-1. He struck out the first hitter he faced before issuing a walk and getting a ground out to end the inning.
Hubbard earned his sixth save of the season and his second in four days by throwing two scoreless innings.
The first of Caldwell’s homers came in the bottom of the sixth and gave the Tigers a 2-1 lead.
Auburn hosts Bethune Cookman at 7 p.m. today.
