In their only performance without Dyer last season, Auburn's available running backs, Onterio McCalebb and Tre Mason, rushed for 173 yards on 19 carries and two touchdowns against Virginia in the Chick-fil-A Bowl. Going forward, both should be considered as the front-runners to get a lot of carries, but the backfield for 2011 is crowded, meaning that this spring could be big in terms of determining how the carries get divided next fall.
