AUBURN, Ala. — Auburn's D'haquille Williams has not been ruled out for Saturday's game against Georgia. That being said, the junior receiver has not taken part in any of the Tigers' three practices this week, according to coach Gus Malzahn.
Williams injured his right knee in the second quarter of last week's loss to Texas A&M.
Malzahn said it has yet to be decided whether Williams will travel with the team this weekend.
"We'll see," he said Wednesday night.
A junior college transfer, Williams has had a spectacular first season on the Plains. The Louisiana native leads the Tigers in receptions (38), receiving yardage (609) and receiving touchdowns.
He also has three 100-plus receiving yard games this season, including a 154-yard effort (on nine catches) in the season opener against Arkansas. The 154 receiving yards were the most an Auburn player has ever had in his debut game.
