Auburn 23, Texas A&M 10 (13:39): Texas A&M put together its longest scoring drive of the game, a 14-play, 83-yard drive that ended with third string quarterback Jake Hubenake hitting Speedy Noil for a 2-yard touchdown. Kyler Murray was knocked out with an apparent injury on a rushing attempt inside the red zone. Auburn answered with a 70-plus yard drive that ended with Daniel Carlson connecting on his third field goal of the game.
Auburn 20, Texas A&M 3 (7:56): Daniel Carlson added a 30-yard field goal with 7:56 to go in the third quarter. Kyler Murray was picked off by Auburn's defense for a third time. Blake Countess gave the offense possession at the Tigers' 39-yard line. Most of Auburn's yards on the drive came on a trick play by Ryan Davis. Davis carried the ball 28-yards on his first career touch.
Auburn 17, Texas A&M 3 (12:29): Jeremy Johnson connected with Kerryon Johnson down Auburn's sideline for a 34-yard completion, his longest of the game, to set up a 35-yard field goal from Daniel Carlson.
Auburn 14, Texas A&M 3 (0:00): Auburn's offense went 5 of 5 on third down through the first quarter and a half then closed out the second quarter going 0 of 3. The defense played well in the quarter picking of Kyler Murray for a second time, forcing a turnover on downs and a three-and-out to keep A&M off the scoreboard.
Auburn 14, Texas A&M 3 (13:40): Jovon Robinson put Auburn on his back on its second drive. He had 58 yards on the 80-yard drive including a 1-yard touchdown run on third down at the goal line. It was the junior college transfer's first touchdown in a Tigers' jersey. Jeremy Johnson continued his hot hand completing three more passes to push his streak without an incompletion to nine.
Auburn 7, Texas A&M 3 (6:42): Jeremy Johnson’s came out sharp going 6 of 6 for 40 yards on Auburn’s opening drive. He led the offense 75 yards down the field in 11 plays, and capped off the drive with a 9-yard touchdown throw to Marcus Davis. Johnson made a nice throw to Melvin Ray for a 17-yard gain to move the chains on a third-and-six, and Jovon Robinson put the ball inside the 10-yard line with a 16-yard run.
Texas A&M 3, Auburn 0 (11:25): Texas A&M won the opening coin toss and elected to receive. Speedy Noil ran the kickoff 39 yards to give the Aggies strong field position, which the offense took advantage off. Kyler Murray got his time across midfield where Taylor Bertolet was able to connect with a 50-yard field goal.
Auburn announced Jeremy Johnson would get the start at quarterback for an injured Sean White.
