Auburn linebacker Kris Frost was slated to participate in the 91st annual East-West Shrine game this week in St. Petersburg, Florida, but an injury will keep him from playing in the all-star game.

A media official for the event confirmed Frost’s injury will keep him competing in a week’s worth of practices in front of scouts and the game itself.

The rosters for the Senior Bowl were announced Wednesday with defensive back Jonathan Jones as Auburn’s lone representative.

He will play on the South roster with 20 other SEC rivals including Reggie Ragland (Alabama LB); Dak Prescott (Mississippi State QB) and Jake Coker (Alabama QB).

Last season, Auburn had six players in the annual draft showcase event. This year the Senior Bowl is scheduled for January, 30 at Ladd-Peebles Stadium.
