Rashan Gary has narrowed his list to two.

The defensive tackle out of Paramus Catholic in New Jersey revealed Michigan and Clemson as his top choices to Scout.com Monday afternoon.

Auburn and Alabama were previously in the running for the nation’s No. 1 rated prospect, but he eliminated both schools from consideration heading into national signing day.

The 6-foot-4, 290-plus pound defender took an official visit to Auburn during the weekend of the Iron Bowl. The Tigers’ coaching staff met with Gary as recently as last week with hopes of landing the high profile prospect.

Gary spent last weekend at Clemson, but has strong ties to Michigan with former teammates including Jabrill Peppers and Juwann Bushell-Beatty on the Wolverines’ roster.

The lineman plans to announce his decision on ESPN’s Sportscenter at 1 p.m.
