Buentello, Ebert lead Auburn to 11-2 win over FAMU

AUBURN, Ala. -- Niko Buentello went 3-for-4 and drove in four runs Wednesday to lead Auburn to an 11-2 win over Florida A&M University at Plainsman Park.

Jordan Ebert went 3-for-4 with a homer and three RBIs. Anfernee Grier (Russell County) went 3-for-5 on the day.

Andrew Mitchell (1-0) gave up two hits over a scoreless five innings for the win. Ryan Anderson (0-2) allowed five runs on five hits over 2 1-3 innings and took the loss.

Auburn returns to action Friday at 4 p.m. against Southern University at Plainsman Park.
