Nulph drives in five runs to lead Auburn to 15-1 win over Alabama A&M
AUBURN, Ala. -- Cody Nulph went 4-for-5 and drove in five runs Tuesday to lead Auburn to a 15-1 win over Alabama A&M at Plainsman Park.
Robert Daniel went 3-for-5 for the Tigers (5-3). Auburn scored 10 runs in the bottom of the fifth inning to put the game away.
Ben Braymer (1-0) pitched a scoreless two innings of relief to pick up the win. He allowed no hits and struck out two. Brandon Marsonek (0-2) allowed seven runs on five hits and seven walks, and he got the loss.
The two teams meet again today at 4 p.m. The game will be available on SEC Network Plus.
