Former Auburn baseball coach Sunny Golloway filed a lawsuit in federal district court Tuesday against the university for breach of contract, defamation and fraud. In the 86-page complaint Golloway claims athletic director Jay Jacobs unfairly dismissed him in September based on what the coach describes as a “frame job.”
The lengthy court filing features Golloway’s detailed response to Auburn’s accusations against the coach of rules violations, but document isn’t a bunch of legalese.
Golloway makes a number of bold claims against members of the athletic department and shares bizarre anecdotes about his tenure on the Plains.
