The SEC announced Wednesday the full list of student-athletes participating in the conference’s 2016 media days beginning Monday, July 11 in Hoover, Alabama.
Auburn, the first team slated to speak to reporters at the event, will bring junior defensive lineman Carl Lawson, senior defensive lineman Montravius Adams and senior wide wide receiver Marcus Davis.
Coach Gus Malzahn is also scheduled to meet with the media Monday morning (11:35 a.m. – 2:25 p.m.) with representatives from Florida and Vanderbilt to follow in the afternoon.
Last year, quarterback Jeremy Johnson was one of the three players brought to represent Auburn at the event as a possible Heisman contender. Johnson was the first Auburn quarterback to participate at media days under Malzahn.
Nick Marshall was scheduled to appear at the 2014 SEC Media days, but was replaced after being cited for marijuana possession in the days leading up to the event.
