Media attending the 2016 SEC Media Days voted seven Auburn players to the preseason all-conference team announced Friday morning.

Offensive lineman Alex Kozan, defensive lineman Carl Lawson and place kicker Daniel Carlson made the All-SEC first-team. Carlson was the team’s lone representative on the postseason All-SEC first-team at the end of last year.

Lawson made the preseason first-team last year, but missed two months of the season with a hip injury and missed out postseason accolades.

Running back Jovon Robinson, offensive lineman Braden Smith and defensive lineman Montravius Adams made the All-SEC second-team while defensive back Rudy Ford made the third-team.

The top vote-getters on the list were LSU running back Leonard Fournette, Ole Miss quarterback Chad Kelly and Alabama wide receiver Calvin Ridley.

Alabama had the most first-team selections with seven. The Crimson Tide own the record for most players on the first-team since 1992 with nine in 2011.
