Walters strikes out 13 to lead Bama to win
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. -- Alabama right-hander Jake Walters struck out a career-high 13 to lead the Tide to a 5-2 win over North Dakota on Saturday at Sewell-Thomas Stadium.
North Dakota scored a pair of unearned runs in the third inning to take a 2-0 lead.
Georgie Salem hit a homer and drove in two runs. Chandler taylor had two hits and a RBI.
Alabama (5-1) goes for the series sweep at 2 p.m. Sunday.
