Former Georgia running back Todd Gurley is coming off a career year with the Los Angeles Rams. A video that hit the Internet on Tuesday showed that Gurley is making the most of the time left before the start of his fourth season in the NFL.
Gurley was part of a workout video that also featured New York Giants rookie Saquon Barkley that SportsCenter shared on Tuesday. In the 21-second clip, both running backs deadlift 315 pounds then immediately perform a 42-inch box jump. The video then transitions to both men on treadmills running at high rates of speed.
The video has been viewed more than 940,000 times as of Wednesday afternoon.
Gurley, who the Rams drafted in the first round of the 2015 NFL Draft, rushed for 1,305 yards and 13 touchdowns for a Rams team that won the NFC West for the first time since 2003.
