ATHENS - Georgia's coaches - not the players, like last year - have picked the G-Day rosters.
We'll find out what those rosters are on Wednesday. But the offensive coaches, who were available to the media after Tuesday's practice, indicated that the teams were split based on first- and second-teams. But some players will play both ways.
So basically, look for the first-team offense and second-team defense to be on one team, and first-team defense and second-team offense to be on the other.
Offensive line coach Will Friend said his first-team offensive line would be on one team, with the second-teamers on the other team - but a couple of the first-teamers playing both ways.

Incidentally, Friend listed his first-team as follows:
Left tackle: Kenarious Gates
Left guard: Dallas Lee
Center: David Andrews
Right guard: Chris Burnette
Right tackle: Kolton Houston.
But Lee and Burnette, who have also been getting looks at center, will play on the other team as well at center.
One player who may not be available to either team is Malcolm Mitchell. The receiver-turned-cornerback missed Tuesday's practice with a hamstring injury, which would seem to put his status as unlikely for G-Day.
Freshman tailback Keith Marshall (also a hamstring injury) has already been ruled out. So at least two storylines for G-Day seem to be done.
