CLEMSON, S.C. -- Georgia rallied back in the final two innings to top Clemson 3-2 on the road Tuesday.
The Bulldogs (19-15) were down 2-1 heading into top of the eighth. But Georgia scored one run each in the eighth and ninth innings to snap a five-game losing streak.
Bo Tucker (1-1) was credited with the win for Georgia despite pitching just two innings. With the loss, Clemson fell to 16-16 overall.
The Bulldogs return to SEC play this weekend, traveling to Hoover, Ala., to take on the Alabama Crimson Tide in a three-game set. Game 1 is set to begin at 8 p.m. ET.
