South Alabama defeats Georgia 3-1

ATHENS, Ga. -- South Alabama pitchers held Georgia hitters at bay and went on to a 3-1 win Friday night at Foley Field.

Robert Tyler (1-1) took the loss.

Kevin Hill (2-0) got the win. He went nine innings and gave up just three hits.

Georgia plays Cincinnati today at 4 p.m. The game is available on the SEC Network Plus.
