Ledger-Enquirer Game of the Week announced
This week’s Ledger-Enquirer High School Football Game of the Week will be an important matchup in Region 1-4A.
On Friday, Carver hosts Cairo at A.J. McClung Memorial Stadium. The Tigers (2-4, 2-0) are riding a two-game win streak and have outscored region opponents 66-7 in those victories. Meanwhile, the Syrupmakers (3-3, 2-1) are fresh off a 16-point loss to Americus-Sumter.
Kickoff is at 7:30 p.m.
