Two Muscogee County teams ranked in boys basketball poll

The Northside Patriots have quickly proven that there should be some true competition in Region 1-4A this season.

Kyle Sandy, whose website Sandy’s Spiel provides weekly boys and girls basketball rankings, has Northside ranked No. 9 in his latest Class 4A poll. The Patriots are 4-2 going into Tuesday night’s showdown with Hardaway.

Northside makes it two Muscogee County teams ranked in Class 4A’s top 10. Carver moved up two spots to No. 5 and boasts a 4-0 record so far this season.
