34 local high school wrestlers qualify for GHSA state tournaments
When the GHSA state wrestling tournaments begin Thursday, there will be plenty of local talent on hand to keep an eye on.
Thirty-four local wrestlers qualified to wrestle at the state tournament through their efforts in their team’s sectional meets. Harris County leads the way with 10 wrestlers, followed by Spencer, which has seven.
Below are all the local wrestlers who have qualified. The traditional tournament will occur run from Feb. 8 to Feb. 10 and will be held at the Macon Centreplex.
