Jack Fry of Pacelli is the Ledger-Enquirer High School Boys Athlete of the Week, based on our online poll.
Fry is a junior on the Pacelli boys soccer team. He switched positions from defender to forward and produced five goals and one assist in three games, against Harris County, Strong Rock and Heritage.
We invited the athletics director at each public and private high school in Muscogee County, Harris County, Chattahoochee County, Phenix City, Russell County and Smiths Station to nominate a male athlete for this poll.
Among this week’s four nominees, Fry received 66% of the 10,370 votes from our readers. Voting started Monday and ended at noon Friday. The poll has no limit on the number of times a person can vote. Here are the complete final results:
