The Alabama Cooperative Extension System/Russell County will host a seminar entitled "Backyard Wildlife: The Good, The Bad and TheUgly" on March 18 at 10 a.m. EST in its offices at at 508 14th St., directly across the street from the county courthouse.
Jim Armstrong, a professor and extension coordinator for forestry/wildlife at Auburn University, will present the program. Armstrong will discuss ways to improve your back yard ability to attract and sustain birds and howto manage against nuisance wildlife.
