Troup DT J.C. Copeland plans on sticking with Tennessee tomorrow on national signing day even after taking a last-minute visit to LSU, former Troup football coach Bubba Jeter told a recruiting site.
"J.C. enjoyed his trip to LSU," Jeter told scout.com. "When it comes down to it, he feels a little more comfortable staying with his commitment to Tennessee."
Copeland decided to take the trip to LSU after Tigers coach Les Miles personally invited him. Miles was at Troup shoring up a final commitment from fullback Brandon Worle. Copeland and Worle are among at least five Troup players expected to sign Wednesday morning.
