JONESBORO, Ga. - The Wesleyan boys tennis team defeated Brookstone 3-0 in the GHSA Class A state semifinals on Friday at Clayton International Park.
Wesleyan’s No. 1 singles player Norman Change defeated Blake Hudson 6-3, 6-4; No. 2 singles player Jeffery Chang defeated Shaan Arora 6-1, 6-2; and the No. 1 doubles team of Ryan Robinson and Zack Taylor defeated Walt Trussell and Jabez Beazer 6-3, 6-2.
Brookstone’s No. 3 singles player George Adams defeated Wesleyan’s Austin Zachary 6-3 in the first set and led 5-3 in the second when the match was called. The Brookstone No. 2 doubles team of Praveen Nandamu and Joo Yeok Lee fell 7-6 in their first set against Brooks Prettyman and
