Ethan Bresnahan of Harris County is the Ledger-Enquirer High School Boys Athlete of the Week, based on our online poll.

Bresnahan is a junior on the Harris County wrestling team. He won the 120-pound division Nov. 9 at Troup’s Dariel Daniel Grind by going undefeated in four matches — all on pins — and leading the Tigers to the tournament’s team title as well.

We invited the athletics director at each public and private high school in Muscogee County, Harris County, Chattahoochee County, Phenix City, Russell County and Smiths Station to nominate a male athlete for this poll.

Among this week’s two nominees, Bresnahan received 96% of the 406 votes from our readers. Voting started Tuesday and ended at noon Friday. The poll has no limit on the number of times a person can vote. Here are the complete final results:
