Dylan Hosten is the Ledger-Enquirer High School Athlete of the Week, based on our online poll.

Hosten is a junior guard on Calvary Christian School’s boys basketball team. He produced 15 points, 14 rebounds, 5 assists and 2 blocks Jan. 20 in a 62-56 home win over Ware County, ranked 80th at the time in Georgia by MaxPreps — the highest-ranked team the Knights have beaten in their program’s history.

We invited the athletics director at each public and private high school in Muscogee County, Harris County, Chattahoochee County, Phenix City, Russell County and Smiths Station to submit nominations for this poll.

Among this week’s three nominees, Hosten received 51% of the 25,110 votes from our readers. Voting started Tuesday and ended at noon Friday. The poll has no limit on the number of times a person can vote. Here are the complete final results:
