Eufaula beats Russell County in season opener

EUFAULA, Ala.

Eufaula scored 40 points in the first half and went to beat Russell County 61-6 on Friday night.

Travis Smith went 80 yards for the Warriors' only touchdown.

Russell County has lost 13 straight.

This was Eufaula's 15th straight win over the Warriors.

Russell County will play at Wetumpka on Sept. 4 at 8 p.m.
